Orders and customization
- You are responsible for providing accurate names, spellings, dates, photos, logos, sizes, quantities and other customization instructions.
- Where a design or personalization detail needs confirmation, production may be held until the required response is received.
- Once production has started, customized or made-to-order items normally cannot be changed or cancelled.
Customer-supplied content
By supplying a photo, logo, artwork, text or other material, you confirm that you have the right or permission to use it for the requested product. Kazmi Studio may decline content that is unlawful or cannot reasonably be produced.
Product appearance
Colours may appear differently across screens and printed materials. Small variations in colour, position, material texture, finishing or dimensions can occur as part of normal printing and production.
Pricing and payment
Prices shown on the website may be updated from time to time. An order is subject to the price and payment arrangement confirmed for that order. If an obvious pricing or product-information error occurs, we may contact you before proceeding.
Shipping
Customized orders generally require approximately 10–12 working days for preparation and delivery, subject to the conditions explained in our Shipping Policy.
Refunds and cancellations
Customized and made-to-order products are generally non-refundable after production starts. Damaged, incorrect or materially defective orders are handled according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
