Kazmi Studio products may require design confirmation, personalization, printing and finishing before dispatch. This preparation time is included in the delivery estimate below.
Estimated delivery time
Most customized orders are prepared and delivered in approximately 10–12 working days after the order, required customization details and any necessary confirmation are received.
The estimate may be longer for large quantities, complex customization, stock shortages, remote delivery locations, courier disruption, public holidays or unusually busy periods. We will contact you when a material delay affects your order.
Delivery information
- Please provide a complete house/street/area address, city and an active phone number.
- The courier may contact you by phone before delivery.
- Incorrect or incomplete address/phone information can delay delivery.
- Re-delivery or return-to-sender charges caused by an incorrect address, unavailable recipient or refused parcel may be payable by the customer.
